1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of cove-trade.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Visionary Marketing, based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us").

The Site is an independent marketing and referral website. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Genesis block0 Corp, the company behind Cove. Use of the Cove product is governed by Cove's Terms of Service, not by these terms.

2. Definitions

TERMMEANING
"Cove"The non-custodial Telegram trading terminal and related services operated by Genesis block0 Corp
"Site"cove-trade.com and every page on it
"Referral link"A link on the Site that opens Cove in Telegram and carries our referral code
"Content"All text, guides, images, mockups and code on the Site

3. What the Site is for

The Site explains what Cove does, how its features work and what it charges, and links to Cove through our referral link. It exists to help people decide whether Cove suits them. It is not a trading venue, wallet, exchange or broker, and nothing on it lets you buy, sell or hold any asset.

4. Referral relationship

Links on the Site that open Cove include our referral code. If you sign up through one of those links, Cove may pay us a share of the fees on trades you make. This does not change what you pay. We disclose this so you can weigh our content with that relationship in mind.

Everything on the Site is general information and education. It is not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any token. We do not know your circumstances. Before trading, do your own research and, if in doubt, speak to a regulated adviser.

Trading crypto assets is high risk. Prices are volatile, tokens can go to zero, smart contracts can fail and transactions on public blockchains cannot be reversed. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Crypto assets are largely unregulated in the UK and you are unlikely to be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service if something goes wrong.

6. Accuracy of information

We work to keep fee schedules, feature descriptions and supported-network lists accurate, but Cove can change any of them at any time without telling us. Where the Site and Cove's own documentation or product disagree, Cove's version is correct. We are not responsible for losses caused by acting on information that has gone out of date.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. Cove restricts who can use its product, including people in the United States and other sanctioned or prohibited jurisdictions listed in its terms. The Site does not check your location. It is your responsibility to confirm that you are allowed to use Cove before you open it.

8. Acceptable use

You may read the Site and share links to it. You may not:

  • copy, scrape or republish the Content at scale without our written permission
  • attempt to interfere with the Site, its hosting or its availability
  • use the Site to promote fraud, market manipulation or any unlawful activity
  • present the Site as an official Cove property

9. Intellectual property

The original text, page layouts and code on the Site belong to us. The Cove name, logo and product screenshots belong to Genesis block0 Corp and are used here to describe their product. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to use any of them beyond viewing the Site.

The Site links to Telegram, X, docs.cove.trade, cove.trade and other third-party sites. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and a link is not an endorsement.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the Site online but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its Content are provided as they are and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or of Cove, including trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect and consequential loss, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover any loss, cost or claim we face because you have broken these terms or used the Site unlawfully.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute about them or about the Site will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.

17. Contact
